I have to say that this is one of the oddest puppets I have come across- the “Wondrous Vulva Puppet” is not for the faint-hearted and not really for me either. I know that as a woman, and as an aunt to two beautiful nieces, I should embrace my “vulva”, start watching the “Vagina Monologues”, and be prouder of my genitalia than I actually am, but I am still not sure that women really need “Vulva Puppets” to be proud that we are women and girls.

Do men need penis puppets? (Don’t answer that because the answer would probably be yes). Should there be genitalia muppets to teach our children about sex from a young age? I don’t really think so- you can call me squeamish, you can call me old-fashioned, but it’s just not my thing.

Or, if you prefer, you can have your very own vulva skirt, which should make you either the laughingstock amongst all of your friends or quite popular in certain sets. Again, I am quite aware that it was designed by a sex expert (which I am most assuredly not), but beyond comic relief, I can’t really see much value in the thing.
