Actor Steven Seagal is being investigated after being accused by a former employee of using her as nothing more than a “sex toy”. Kayden Nguyen was hired as his Administrative Assistant and claims that the actor attempted to “fondle her breasts and put his hand down her pants,” that he told her that his wife wouldn’t mind if the two had sex, and that he “forced” her to do drugs.

The story does not get any better either; according to Kayden Nguyen, the gross actor also employed two Russian women as “attendants” who Ms. Nguyen claims were there to be on-call for Steven Seagal’s sexual needs. She was to replace one of the two women as his on-site assistant.

For the curious or those wondering just how much the alleged incidents may be worth in a court of law, Ms. Nguyen is suing Steven Seagal for more than one million dollars, making this alleged groping incident a possibly extremely expensive lesson for the actor.

Steven Seagal’s lawyer, of course, is denying the allegations and has stated that the incident never took place and that her claims are nothing more than the anger of a disgruntled ex-employee. As a reason for her termination, his attorney said that she was let go for using illegal narcotics.

Sounds like a stretch, doesn’t it? Does anyone really believe that Steven Seagal would actually fire someone for using drugs?


TMZ has performed the invaluable service of giving the public access to the court documents, which detail the former assistant’s positions and allegations. She is also filing for wrongful termination, which falls much more in line with a disgruntled employee.

However, (and I don’t know who is correct in this case, whether she was groped, or whether he tried to become the next Howard Hughes by keeping women “available” or not) I would not consider it a personal pleasure or honor to be groped by Steven Seagal, regardless of his current status in the highly illustrious career of reality tv or his past career as a bad actor in lame action movies and am hopeful that whatever happened, that the truth will come to light.
